IT WAS WHILE LEADING THESE TEAMS DAMIAN DEVELOPED A PASSION FOR COACHING AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, WORKING WITH INDIVIDUAL TEAMS TO UNLOCK THEIR POTENTIAL AND IMPROVE BOTH PERFORMANCE AND ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE.
